SWIMMING PROGRAMMES
Our lessons are conducted by our team of professional swimming instructors who are registered and certfied by National Registry of Coaches (NROC), SwimSafer, Singapore Lifesaving Society (SLSS) and Singapore Swimming Association's (SSA) Swimming Proficiency Award (SPA). They are also fully trained in First Aid, CPR, AED and Life-Saving skills to ensure the learning experience fun and safe.
SWIMSAFER 1 - 3
Students will learn how to enter the water safely and how to be safe in deep water. General safety knowledge alongside learning how to move forward and backward in the water is taught as well. Personal survival skills and the ability to properly enter and exit the pool will be covered here.
SWIMSAFER BRONZE - GOLD
Students will learn how to handle stroke techniques and perform coordinated breathing in deep water. This also works with helping to get children to know how to be safe around water craft and how to work with intermediate water survival and rescue skills. The goal is to swim more than 100 metres continuously.
SWIMMING PROFECIENCY AWARD (SSPA)
Students will be taught intermediate to advanced level swimming techniques progress after SwimSafer stages in order to raise the level of swimming proficiency of students and the general public.
COMPETITIVE
Join our competitive group which trains 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday Evenings. Learn the various technical skills required to compete at the National Age Group and Schools Level
LIFESAVING PROGRAMMES
Our lessons are conducted by our team of professional lifesaving instructors and teachers who are registered and certfied by National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and Singapore Lifesaving Society (SLSS). They are also fully trained in First Aid, Resucitation and Life-Saving skills to ensure the learning experience fun and safe. Students will undergo proper training and learn technical skills required to be a certified lifeguard or swimming instructor.

Group classes which provide an introduction to lifesaving and to develop an initial appreciation of water safety, rescue and resuscitation skills. The course also aims to improve trainee’s knowledge and skills in lifesaving preparatory to the Standard Module. 6-10 students per group.
bronze medallion & cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
Group Lessons for those who have successfully completed the Preliminary Module or equivalent. This Module prepares the trainees to respond effectively in water emergencies to the standards required of a qualified lifesaver. 6-10 students per group.
